Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) is a premier Maharatna defense aerospace company headquartered in Bengaluru. It designs, manufactures, and overhauls fighter aircraft (Tejas LCA), helicopters (Dhruv, Prachand), and avionics systems for the Indian Armed Forces.

2. Eligibility Criteria, Qualifications & Age Limits

Management Trainee (Technical) / Design Trainee: Full-time regular Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Technology in Aeronautical, Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics, or Production with minimum 65% aggregate marks (55% for SC/ST). Upper age limit: 28 years.

3. Examination Scheme & Selection Procedure

All-India Online Selection Test followed by Personal Interview and Pre-employment Medical Examination at HAL Hospital.

Part I: General Awareness (20 MCQs). Part II: English & Reasoning (40 MCQs). Part III: Discipline Engineering specialization (100 MCQs).
