Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) is a central Maharatna public sector enterprise incorporated in 1964. It is India's largest power plant equipment manufacturer, engineering industrial turbines, boiler sets, transformers, and defense and transport electrical systems.
2. Eligibility Criteria, Qualifications & Age Limits
Engineer Trainee (ET): Full-time regular Bachelor's degree in Engineering/Technology in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or Chemical Engineering with minimum 60% aggregate. Maximum age limit: 27 years (29 years for postgraduates in engineering).
3. Examination Scheme & Selection Procedure
Stage 1: Valid GATE score in respective engineering discipline or BHEL computer-based examination. Stage 2: Personal Interview. Stage 3: Pre-employment medical examination.
