1. Official Mandate, Scope & Background

NABARD is the apex development financial institution established under the NABARD Act 1981. Mandated to promote sustainable and equitable agriculture and rural prosperity, it regulates Regional Rural Banks and State Cooperative Banks.

2. Eligibility Criteria, Qualifications & Age Limits

Assistant Manager in Grade 'A' (RDBS): Bachelor's degree in any subject from a recognized university with minimum 60% marks (55% for SC/ST/PWBD) or Master's degree with 55%. Age Limit: 21 to 30 years.

3. Examination Scheme & Selection Procedure

Phase-I: Preliminary Exam (Online Objective - 200 Marks). Phase-II: Main Exam (Paper 1: General English Descriptive; Paper 2: Economic & Social Issues and Agriculture & Rural Development). Phase-III: Interview (50 Marks).
