Assistant Provident Fund Commissioner (APFC) is a Group 'A' statutory administrative position in the Employees' Provident Fund Organisation (EPFO). APFCs perform quasi-judicial inquiries under the EPF & MP Act 1952, administer provident fund, pension, and insurance schemes for millions of industrial workers, and oversee compliance and recovery.

Bachelor's degree from a recognized university. Desirable: Degree in Law / Post Graduate Diploma in Company Law / Labour Laws / Management. Age limit: Up to 35 years for General/EWS, 38 for OBC, 40 for SC/ST.
3. Examination Scheme & Selection Procedure
Recruitment Test (Pen-and-paper OMR / CBT objective examination) carrying 75% weightage followed by Interview carrying 25% weightage.
