Full Form of DSSSB

1. Official Mandate, Scope & Background

The Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) is the statutory recruitment authority constituted under the GNCTD to conduct examinations for Group 'B' and 'C' appointments in the Delhi Administration, Municipal Corporation of Delhi (MCD), and New Delhi Municipal Council (NDMC).

2. Eligibility Criteria, Qualifications & Age Limits

Teaching Posts (PRT, TGT, PGT): 12th/Graduation/PG with D.El.Ed / B.Ed and mandatory CTET Paper 1 or Paper 2 qualification. Non-Teaching (DASS Grade, Warder, Junior Assistant): 10th/12th or Bachelor's degree with required typing speed.

3. Examination Scheme & Selection Procedure

One Tier / Two Tier examination scheme depending on the post level. Computer-Based Examination followed by Document Verification. Skill tests conducted for technical and clerical posts.

4. Core Syllabus & Key Subjects

Section A: General Awareness, General Intelligence & Reasoning Ability, Arithmetical & Numerical Ability, Test of Hindi Language & Comprehension, Test of English Language & Comprehension (20 marks each). Section B: Subject-specific post qualification questions (100 marks).
