The Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) is an autonomous statutory body established under the Food Safety and Standards Act 2006. It regulates food manufacturing, storage, distribution, and import standards to protect public health.

2. Eligibility Criteria, Qualifications & Age Limits

Central Food Safety Officer (CFSO) / Technical Officer: Master's degree or B.Tech in Food Technology / Dairy Technology / Biotechnology / Agricultural Science / Biochemistry. Age Limit: Maximum 30 years.

3. Examination Scheme & Selection Procedure

Stage 1: Computer-Based Test (CBT). Stage 2: CBT Stage-2 Examination testing domain food safety legislation and microbiology. Document Verification.
