The Delhi Development Authority (DDA) is a statutory planning and development body established under the Delhi Development Act 1957. It oversees master urban planning, infrastructure construction, housing allocations, and land administration in the National Capital Territory of Delhi.
2. Eligibility Criteria, Qualifications & Age Limits
Assistant Accounts Officer: CA / CS / ICWA or Master's in Financial Control. Junior Engineer (Civil/Electrical): Diploma or Degree in Civil/Electrical Engineering. Patwari / Junior Secretariat Assistant: Graduation or 12th pass with typing proficiency.
3. Examination Scheme & Selection Procedure
Single-stage or two-stage Computer-Based Examination (CBT), followed by Document Verification and Computer Proficiency / Typing Test where applicable.
4. Core Syllabus & Key Subjects
General Awareness, Reasoning Ability, Quantitative Aptitude, English Language, and Domain-Specific Technical / Architectural / Engineering modules.
