The Village Revenue Officer (VRO) is a village-level revenue official in southern states (Andhra Pradesh, Telangana) responsible for collecting land tax, maintaining revenue survey records, issuing caste/income certificates, and acting as custodian of government lands.
2. Eligibility Criteria, Qualifications & Age Limits
Passed Intermediate (10+2) examination from a recognized Board of Intermediate Education. Age limit: 18 to 42 years with statutory community relaxations.

Written Objective Examination (General Studies & Mental Ability - 50 Marks; Drawing & Surveying / Revenue Subject - 100 Marks) followed by Document Verification.
